Each piece is curated for bold and unique personalities. 2. Are your jewellery pieces hypoallergenic? Yes! Most of our jewellery is made with skin-friendly materials like stainless steel, brass, or alloy with nickel-free plating. Please check individual product descriptions for details. 3. How do I place an order? Just click on the product you love, select the options (if any), and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase. 4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, Paytm, Google Pay, and other secure payment gateways. 5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available for select locations. Additional charges may apply. 6. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically takes 3–7 working days. 7. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use it to monitor the delivery status anytime. 8. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship only within India. But stay tuned—we're working on going global soon! 9. What’s your return or exchange policy? We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless damaged. 10. How do I care for my accessories? Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry, cool place, preferably in the pouch provided. This helps maintain shine and longevity. 11. Can I gift wrap my order or add a message? Yes!
